I have the most recent version but the Download Manager isn't working still. Is an older version required? The only EA game I have is the Sims 3.

The actual game works fine. Since it opens up on the Download Manager, I click on the Play button rapidly. However, the actual download manager closes a couple seconds after it loads and it says I need to install a flash plug-in. Is that different from the flash player? I've installed the...
