I'm 15 and a half, 6'4", 180 lbs, still growing. Rather broad-shouldered and large-handed. I've never timed myself and I don't work out much, but I would say I'm decently fast and strong.
I'm considering playing football or basketball next year (it'd be kinda hard to do both).

I'm 6'3'', 180 pounds (still growing), and fairly strong. I'd really like to start being more involved in sports, but I'm not sure which ones I'm most physically advantaged in. Any suggestions? And I have a pretty strong work ethic, rather large hands, and am willing to wok hard.
