Lately, my mood has been going from really, REALLY depressed (to the point of self-harm) right back to my normal mood (ie. Confident, happy etc...)
That can last from a few hours to a day or two, but then the depression hits again, and it hits hard.
What sets the depression off a lot is trouble...
I'm a 16 year old guy, and I've been told I have a good bit of a hunchback, and that my shoulders are kind of rounded.
Does anyone know of any stretches/exercises/tips to help correct these?

I know the theory is that it opens up your lungs so the infection goes deeper into the lungs, any truth to that?
Not looking for old wives tales/myths/accepted fact. Just looking for actual medical reasons...
