    Comcast on Demand not working?

    Okay, so I pressed "ON DEMAND" on my remote and it takes a little while to come up.. The only thing that ends up coming are the commercials to movies with a "Please Wait..." on the screen. I've waited for 10 minutes before and the actual On Demand menu has never popped up. Can anyone help me???
