Why not ride a bike? It's just 2 minutes. It might take less time by bike because you don't have to wait for your grandmother to prepare, start the engine and park the car near the school. Just ride and go!

Firstly, call me suspicious but sounds like you might doubt your sexuality. I might be entirely wrong. But on the main point, it's perfectly natural to be attracted to something because someone else wants it. It presents a challenge to see who can get the desired thing or person. It's not fair...
