Where can I find this on a 95 explorer?

Ok, here it is. I just replaced the starter and it turned over but, it also stops like it gets stuck so, I replaced the relay as well. I just get the starter back in and the same thing is happening. It just feels like it bumps and then nothing. I know the starter is good, I bench tested it last...
