    People disqualified from the military due to health issues?

    How would you feel if there were scholarships for students unable to serve in the armed forces because of surgeries? Disorders? Allergies?     Hmm...I don't ever remember seeing a commercial for the Air Force..Navy rarely--though I have never served so who am I to direct the Army's monetary flow, right?
