ok so i bought a 1991 4runner its all stock right now, but i wanna do some off roading nothing major! but i wanna be more then up to par and better safe then sorry for this kinda thing. what do i need to do to have a better more reliable suspension on the trails.. what should i do for shocks...

which bike should i get a R1 or a ninja ?? possably thinking of a gsxr all bikes in the 600 range what bike will i get the most bang for my buck
