    how to enable wireless (option got grayed) on Fujitsu Siemens laptop?

    I got problem with my laptop (windows vista basic installed), as i can't enable using hardware switch or Fn + F1 as that option has grayed out, I can't even see wireless adapter listed under device manager, what could be the problem, its also grayed out in the BIOS but say enabled. please advise...
