I downloaded ballance ball pc game, i extracted from winrar format. but i am not getting its set up to install and run the game. so can anyone help me, how to install the game to play in pc.

I hv apple ipod 8gb,touch creen, I want to download games and songs that are available free on itunes.But it says, first You need apple id.Now while creating id in itunes, they ask for credit card number.And I dnt hv it. so can't I dwnld without card? or is thr any other way to dwnld games...
