the battery seems to die too quickly, even when i'm only using one application, it only lasts for a day, how can i make my battery last longer? can i get some kinda super battery for it? lol also i've had it for 2 months, do you think the battery is getting old and weak?

When i take a picture it says "operation failed" and doesn't take the picture, i can't even delete files from the phone, Its always saying "Memory is read-only until fixed, try fixing memory with a pc after plugging in usb cable" what do i do?
