    Dead Island pre order code?

    I pre ordered the game Dead Island from Best Buy and they said I'd get a DLC code for the 'Bloodbath Arena DLC', I gave them my email and they still haven't given me my code. Have they been sent out or will I recieve the code when the DLC comes out?

    On my x-box 360 my Left 4 Dead game disc was scratched up and wouldn't work so I took it to Family Video to get it repaired. The disc was fixed but now it reads as a mixed media disc.     My X-Box 360 says my game I just repaired is a mixed media disk.?

    I went to play my copy of Left 4 Dead and it didn't work on my 360 (due to scratches) so I had it repaired at Family Video and I went to play it and it just says Mixed Media Disk. What should I do?
