Not having physically tried the N86, I can't say for certain, but I think this button issue is probably an important factor in the shakiness of some of your images. I got a similar effect with my 6120C because of a hard plastic case I was using with it for awhile - I had to push in further and...

I think you're absolutely correct. I'll be getting an N86 within the next month or so (I currently own an N85) but I'll be the first to admit that there are many other phones out there that will do the same job.
