    Sea bass fish while pregnant?

    I am a little bit worried about my baby. I am almost 10 weeks pregnant and about 3 days ago I ate sea bass fish w/o knowing that it is actually bad for my baby :( It is under the "do not eat" list for sea food. The fish was well cooked. I am really worried. Thank you all for your help.
