    Can I transfer my existing Rogers service to the new micro sim card for iPhone 4?

    I have an iPhone 3G S with Rogers already, and since the new iPhone 4 won't be using the standard size sim cards, is there a way I can change my services from the standard sim card to the micro-sim ?

    If I buy a phone at Rogers with no contract or service, would the phone still be locked?

    If I buy a phone at Rogers, like just the phone, no contract, would it still be locked to Rogers, or would it be unlocked so I can use another carrier's SIM card? If it is still locked to that carrier, does anyone know WHERE else I can get phones that aren't locked, I don't mind the price...
