    If an integer 'x' is congruent to both 'a (mod m)' and 'b (mod n)', what is 'x' in

    terms of 'c (mod mn)? I am assuming that 'm' and 'n' have no common factors other than one, for I know that such properties will provide lcm(m,n) unique solutions (as in the amount of (a,b)'s will be the same as the lcm(m,n).

    What HTML editor has an Image Dragging Feature?

    Years ago I had a HTML editor that had a 'design' mode that let me drag images and position them, generating the code for me. Does anyone remember the name of it, or know of one that will do this for me? Thanks in advance.
