    I want to start doing either judo or BJJ and I need to know what some good exercises to get in shape for it is. I'm 14 Thank you in advance.

    Which is a better martial art judo or BJJ?

    I want to do some form of a martial art this summer and I have narrowed down my choices to BJJ and judo because I have a wrestling back ground so I feel comfortable on the ground. I am 14. Thank you in advance.
