    conflict of interest for a judge and district attorney?

    the judge for my case for visitation of my grandkids is the judge that tried to prove me unfit 7 years ago and the district attorney is the one that represented my daughter in the case back then can that be a conflict of interest while i am trying to get visitation of my grandkids?
