    How do i make a picture smaller on Gimp?

    I'm trying to do a profile picture thing and it ask me to make my picture 160x220 but my picture is at least 640x480 well i just wanna know were do i go to fix this! I have been asking people and they have been NO help AT ALL! So please how do i resize this picture.
