Ohkay so my screen is black but like a lit up black screen. When i turn it on it stays like that. I have tried. -taking my battery out -restarting it -taking my sim out and putting it back in. BTW i dont have insuarnce(whatever you spell it) So if you know how to fix it PLEASE HELP ME. -
