So i just got Sony Vegas blah blah 10 for christmas..and what i really wanna learn how to do is a overlay type of thing EX: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2kDlRY63W4 The way it makes it look like the camera is almost dirty? Does anyone know how to achieve this on Sony Vegas 10?
