    what is the risk to have a Cesarean if the Doctor endorse you?

    my doctor wants to endorse me because the baby is not growing as it should to i am 39 weeks all ready but i am still closed completely will this give me more chance to have a Cesarean and is it better to wait to have it Natural ?
