what do they do to see if you have asthma, i want to know everything! Thanks! x

I am having an asthma test tomorrow, i was wondering, does it mean that if i blow as hard as i can into the tube and i dont breath long enough or strong enough, does that mean that i have asthma or is it is i breath to long or what?
