i'm 15, in 10th grade, and am making eye shadow my signature look b/c no1 @ my school wears eye shadow...Anyways, i was wondering... -what's the best way to apply eye shadow??? can you just put it on your eye lids??? -what's the best brand of eye shadow & what's your favorite shades??? -ANY...
