    i want to reset my laptop to factory settings, i havent got the Disk or any booting CD so i need help. a step by step answer would do nicely :) thanx its a fujitsu siemens AMILO. btw i've tried system restore but the restore points are on 2010. and i bought the pc bout 1-2 years ago
