I have tmobile unlimited talk/text for my phone(s) but, i would like to upgrade to a blackberry. How much would it cost for the internet for the blackberry?

One of my computers have a broken CD drice, and it won't open so I can put the CD into it. I put the files from the CD onto a flash drive, but theres no way I can open them like the CD does. Can anyone help me?
