heres my question i only commute 20 miles a day (max) and am looking to buy a honda rebel for $2000. are these reliable bikes or is it going to punk out on me?

Ok, car won't start. It's not the battery, battery coils, starter or alternator. Suspect the relay? Does anyone know if this is an expensive thing to have fixed at a shop? I have to take it to a shop bec I can not figure out the problem and solve on my own.
