Hi there. Im a cyclist and im buying some new shoes for it. I am flat footed and I do have custom made orthotics by a podiatrist. Now i was wondering if i should wear them whilst cycling? Many blogs say yes and many some say no. So i dont know where to stand. Any advice would be grateful!
