I'm looking at ordering a new bicycle online. I've ridden metric road bicycles sized between 56 and 58 cm, and they fit fine and are comfortable. The bike I'm looking at is measured in inches. Sizing charts, and simple conversion indicate that I should be looking at 22 or 23 inch frames...
