Is there anyway to take a picture of what there is currently on the screen of a Droid like you can do for the iPhone? An app or anything?

I have a env touch currently and am looking to get the motorola droid. The problem is i got my env touch only a month and a half ago. Can i get the droid without paying a ton of money? And if not how much would i have to pay?
