Mine has everything you described but the light leak. I'm sending mine back, but I don't know if I'm going to get another one. I LOVE this phone, but the slider play and poor call quality just makes me want to throw it against the wall.
You just have to decide if the slider is a deal breaker...

Yes, I had goosync on my E51 with that little program Swim (I think that's the name) to auto-activate the sync at programmed timing. Then google announced Exchange support for the calendar, so I set that up instead and disabled goosync.
