    I have a DSL/cable modem SURFboard Motorola box and this error code comes up? I want to fixed my self?

    This is the error code "cannot communicate with Primary DNS server(209.18.47.61) please how can i fixed it without contacting the customer support? i want to fixed my self! can y'all explain me step by step because I'm not really a technology guy?
