I have a plantronics E243 earpiece and it works ok, I would be happier if it were louder. I have used a Motorola 820 and it was okay, I like how my plantronics piece inserts into my ear rather than the motorola that just hooks onto the outside of my ear. I have checked out Jabra and Jawbone...
