    My Guitar makes a really loud abnormal buzz when I plug it into the amp.?

    Its not a normal buzz. Its much louder and more distorted, I cant even play my guitar. Is there a short in it or something? I bought the guitar in 2004 or so. And its a really crappy peavey, but Im interested in fixing it. And I would like to know whats wrong with it. Any Help?
