Do you stick to a certain percentage when tipping or do you tip the waiter/waitress depending on how hospitable he/she was?

Do you eat pizza with your hands or would you use the fork and knife? I would stick to the etiquette if I was on a date I guess.

I have the sony ericsson C905 and it sucks. I don't need anything sophisticated. like something with good camera (3.15 Mp and above) and good speakers.
