    Pro's and Con's of doing my vehicle mechanic apprenticeship through the army?

    The scheme is called the Army Reserve Traineeship & Apprenticeship Program (ARTAP). So I join and remain in the Army Reserve for the length on my civilian training. At the same time I'm employed by a GTC (group training company) who the army has a partnership agreement with.
