if it has 102k then just use regular and as for the 5w-30 or 10w-30 you have to check the owners manual for it because its different for different cars and it is bad to put the wrong one in and prolly 5 or 6 quarts but that is also listed in the owners manual

personally i would go with the 2002 firebird because ive always been a firebird guy, given the corolla might get a little better gas milage it isnt as nice of a car as the firebird

sure it will sound good, but the biggest problem with systems is the rattling, but if its a 2009 truck then there shouldnt be much rattling bc its new
