I have a 1990 ford F 150 4x4 and the speedometer needle bounces between 15 and 25 mph. does it mostly if I accelerate pretty slow, but if i take off kinda quick it doesn't do it. Is there a problem with my transmission that is causing it to do this?

you should be able to read your owners manual and it tells you how to reset the computer, my friend had the same problem and he went in his owner manual and reset the computer and it worked.
