i have a honda civic with a check engine light on with 5 short flashes than 2 long flashes it wont start it just sits and runs the Fuel pump its a 94 honda civic. no the Battery isn't dead:)

its check engine light is on i read the code it was 7 short flashes it also wont tern over but the battery's not dead. it just runs the Fuel pump
