    How do I knit Cr11B? Does this mean Cable 11 Back?

    The pattern does not tell me what this abbreviation is. I'm guessing it means Cable 11 Back, but if so, how are the stitches distributed? Also, does Cr6R mean cable 6 forward? Does Cr6L mean cable 6 back? The pattern doesn't explain these either, and internet help is very limited!
