My mother is thinking of swapping her alloy wheels to ordinary steel wheels with hubcaps due to numourus bead leaking problems with the alloys. Are the alloy wheels, and steel wheels different sizes? If so what size are the steel wheels?

Engine cranks, but wont fire. Fuel Pump wont turn on either, and the check engine light is out. One thing thats odd is the radio, and cigarette lighter will not work also.
