what should i bring for field hockey overnight summer camp its four days long

i want to get my nose pierced really bad but is there anything i can do so i can play sports and get it pierced how long do you need before you can take it out? does it hurt? how old should you be to get it done (opinion)? i cant play sports with my nose pierced so what do i do
