So my ex is 40,000.00 behind in child support yes 40,000.00 we are in the state of colorado and he has been court order to pay but has not paid anything in the past year and still racking it up so will they impose jail time?

i just had un protected sex with now who is my ex because he admitted to cheating on me and it has only been 2 days so will a std test or a hiv test show any results this soon? like if i went to day to have it done!
