I need to get in shape, which is the best for a workout at home, a cross trainer or a stationary bike? I can't run on a tread mill but i can use the other 2 things. Which gives a better workout?

no leak visible? and garage said they cannot find a leak ,i travelled 100 miles and had to put 3/4 pints of water in .the water bottle but the radiator channel was full could my cylinder head gasket be broke if so will it have to be removed or will a gasket sealer be ok for this. or is this not...

it did not have a recovery cd in box as you get with windows xp and other version dont know if this works different or should there have been a windows 7 disc in box box was security sealed any help welcome
