Yeah it's probably trapped gas, heart burn or indigestion. an antacid like"Pepto Bismol. or "Alka Seltzer" should take of care of your dilemma. Also at 17 you're much too young to having a heart attack. When you get around my age,(Early 50's) then you have something to be concerned about.
