If you like vampire books then you need to read Dracula by Bram Stoker. I know it is more of a horror novel, however there is some romance within it.

Don't write a book based on what people want to read. Write a book on a topic your passionate about or create a story that you find interesting. The end result will be much better if it captures your passion and personality. P.S. Don't write a book about vampires... there are too many right now
