I input all the settings correctly,however; when I try to send it says service is unavailable, any help? The phone is unlocked by the way.

I dont think I downloaded the new update correctly and i don't think theres another way to uninstall it. But if I reset it to factories settings, im afraid it may lock up and im with rogers so i wouldn't be able to use it :(
