After she died, they mentioned her in maybe the first few episodes of season 3. Have there been any other episodes?

I'm a sucker for those shows where the two leads have chemistry and do the whole 'will they wont they' thing, like the x files, bones, castle, in plain sight, lie to me' etc and i'm on school holidays so if anyone has any suggestions for shows that may take up my time like these let me know :D
