Okay , I've been accepted to a few colleges and completer my FAFSA last week . My question is , now what ? I would like to know how much financial aid these colleges are willing to give me . Do I have to officially enroll with a college before they tell me their financial aid offer ?

You can't do marquee with 2.0. However you can make a scroll box or make a copy and paste marquee with something like blingee , photobucket , or another program.
