Any one got a complete list of models / years affected by this problem with the sticky gas peddle

At 2 different fast food places , the same person who was cleaning the restroom , was called by the shift manager to prepare our "order"... I thought there has to be some thing wrong with that picture. I mean yes they wear gloves , but those don't guarantee germs don't go from the bathroom...
